The Valley Equine Super Stallion Incentive directed $53,117 to the top 10 eligible finalists in the Amateur Classic at the 2026 NCHA Summer Spectacular.
The Amateur Classic was one of six Derby and Classic divisions included in the incentive’s $568,000 Summer Spectacular distribution. The payout opened with a $12,216.91 check behind the leading eligible score and continued through a three-way split at eighth, placing meaningful added earnings throughout the finals.
The class also included two horses earning their second checks of the event. PRF Shesa Rebel and Creeepin had already collected through the Open Classic payout before returning with different riders in the Amateur Classic.
First Place | $12,216.91
FS Fine Lil Hashtag and Sawyer McWilliams led the eligible finalists with a 222, earning $12,216.91 for owner Brittinee McWilliams.
By Hashtags and out of Mighty Fine Merada, FS Fine Lil Hashtag carried the largest individual check awarded in the Amateur Classic.
Second Place | $8,498.72
Rollin Stylish and Linda Werner followed with a 219, collecting $8,498.72 for Painted Valley Ranch.
The Rollz Royce horse out of Fletchs Duchess finished three points behind the leading eligible score and secured the second-largest share of the division payout.
Third Place | $7,436.38
Kodakk and Colton Cogdell earned $7,436.38 after marking a 217.
Owned by Jim Cogdell, Kodakk is by Badboonarising and out of Shanias Lil Pepto. The result placed another substantial check awarded to Badboonarising horses throughout the event.
Fourth Place | $5,842.87
PRF Shesa Rebel and Kathy Bro marked a 215.5 to earn $5,842.87 for KT Ranch LLC.
By Metallic Rebel and out of PRF Reys Gingerpunch, PRF Shesa Rebel had already earned $22,967.55 with Brandon Westfall in the Open Classic payout. Her return in the Amateur Classic with her owner brought her total Valley Equine Super Stallion Incentive earnings from the Summer Spectacular to $28,810.42.

Rock N Rollzz and Trey Fricke earned $4,780.53 after scoring a 212.
By Rollz Royce and out of Too Highbrow, Rock N Rollzz is owned by Fricke. The result placed a second Rollz Royce offspring among the top five eligible finalists alongside Rollin Stylish.

Twice As Hott and Richard Irby collected $4,249.36 with a score of 211.
Owned by Irby, Twice As Hott is by Hottish and out of CR Twice As Catty. Their result carried the Amateur Classic payout through its sixth eligible position.
Seventh Place | $3,718.19
Rebels Top Gun and Tony Smith earned $3,718.19 after marking a 209.
By Metallic Rebel and out of Katniss, Rebels Top Gun is owned by Tony and Larabeth Smith. The result placed a second Metallic Rebel offspring within the paid positions.

Scoot Ya Lil Rebel and Henlee Sherman earned $2,124.68 for Sherman Livestock & Land after scoring a 207.
By Metallic Rebel and out of Scoot A Lil Closer, Scoot Ya Lil Rebel was the third offspring by Metallic Rebel represented in the Amateur Classic payout.
Covered In Cat and Victoria Nau Johnson matched the 207, earning $2,124.68 for VP Cutting Horses LLC.
By CR Gotcha Covered and out of Gumps Playful Cat, Covered In Cat added a second Amateur division check for VP Cutting Horses. The program had also earned $1,593.51 with Shadow Dancinn and Johnson in the Amateur Derby.
Creeepin and Stephanie Haymes-Roven completed the three-way split with another 207, collecting $2,124.68 for Reata Cutting Horses.
By Dont Stopp Believin and out of Sweet Memoreyz, Creeepin had already earned $3,572.73 with Ryan Rapp in the Open Classic. The two results brought Creeepin’s total incentive earnings from the event to $5,697.41.
Valley Equine added the Amateur Derby and Classic to broaden where the Summer Spectacular purse could make an impact. The Amateur Classic put $53,117 of that expansion directly behind eligible finalists, while PRF Shesa Rebel and Creeepin demonstrated how one horse could earn in both the Open and Amateur divisions during the same event.
Across the six Derby and Classic payouts, $568,000 in overage from the 2025 cycle was returned at the 2026 Summer Spectacular. The Amateur Classic gave that investment another clear result, extending meaningful payouts for the first time since its inception to the Amateur classes.
